Curia Dragon 001a

In the earliest days of Dragon and Man, there were some unscrupulous evil dragons who for whatever reason, took advantage of their ability to shape change and used it to fool men, often luring them to their death or conning them out of their possessions. The Emperor of Men went to his grandfather Ryu, the Emperor of Dragons and voiced his complaints about the actions of those dragons. Ryu decreed that all Dragons in human form cannot lie if asked if they are a dragon (they can easily lie about anything else), though they can refuse to answer since that is technically not lying, and they must bear a mark on their body showing them to be dragons, it may be cleverly hidden, but it must be visible. Some dragons took this to mean something as simple as a dragon or reptilian eye, a reveal of scales or claws. But most interpret it as a literal mark like a tattoo. For newly awakened dragons the mark often appears under clothing but in an intimate place so that a lover will never be deceived, Curia's mark appears on her breasts for now, Most modern good-aligned dragons keep their Dragon Mark there, but as her dragon skills mature she will be able to move its location or change its appearance as she see's fit. Dragons of course, will immediately recognize each other in human form even if they have never met. 
 
No, I am not  just  a dirty old man making her to fly around topless, but that idea really does have great merit! I just wanted to show off her Dragon Mark tittatts 'cause that's the way I am.   
 
I have invested a lot of effort into studying Eastern Dragon Lore, but of course, I am mixing dragon types and lore, but genre bending is fun, and so is Curia-DD! I am glad for the opportunity to play with her some more. This is really just a visual rough draft, playing with the idea, it does not really conform to the Guidelines ---> sta.sh/0276kutvypsx of Curia's Art Jam --> fav.me/dcdw76e but it indicates the direction I am going for with this character if I continue. I am not very keen on this particular Dragon 3 figure, it renders much worse than it looks on screen, if I do another scene I will use a proper Asian Dragon with a painted mat.
